We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of processing your payment transaction. Shipping, depending on your locale, takes between 5-7 days for Express Shipping or 2-3 weeks for Flat Rate Mail, although delivery times are typically shorter. Although highly unlikely, if after 7 business days you have not received your package (when the Couriers are used), please contact us and we'll do everything we can to assist you and rectify the situation.

Credit card statements and shipping labels are 100% discreet and do not mention the nature of the product. Your order will be packed discreetly in a plain cardboard box. We don't disclose any product information on the box.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.power-herbs.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Please refer to the list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies.

Here are the basic steps of returning an item:

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our live customer service support or email to customer-service@power-herbs.com within 30 days of delivery. Please supply the representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Please also include the proof of the damaged item when it received. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. PowerHerbs Onine Store will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact our live customer service support or email to customer-service@power-herbs.com immediately. Please have your order number included in the message.
